Your Role and Responsibilities

Apply expertise in business/data analysis and visualization to understand how users interact with products for IBM clients
Deliver data support for business development plans from the strategic scope and execution aspects with in-depth analysis
Work closely with key cross-functional teams such as product managers, data science, and engineers to solve business problems

Build/maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of business products
Utilize group by and aggregate functions, join functions and other functions
Filter Data by multiple, complex conditions and assess query efficiency

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor’s degree with a background in Math, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics
6+ years of Experience in pulling large and complex data using SQL and writing data pipelines and Statistic Modeling.
Must have experience in Digital Advertisement with some social media company
Experience with a data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau)
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Experience working in fast paced Agile environment
Experience to lead the team.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience doing quantitative analysis
Development experience in at least one scripting language (R, PHP, Python, Perl, etc.)
Experience with large data sets and distributed computing (Hive/Hadoop) a plus
